Lacey initiates an 'Employee of the Month' program at The Ruby, prompting Wanda to persuade Brent to implement a similar idea. However, Wanda faces several obstacles before she can earn the recognition she believes she deserves. Meanwhile, Hank has taken up knitting, much to Emma's annoyance. Oscar has also found a new passion for writing articles for The Howler, which puts Karen and Davis in the position of needing to keep him out of mischief.
