Hank launches a new venture but receives some unsolicited assistance from Oscar, while it’s actually Karen’s support that propels him forward. Meanwhile, Brent experiments with a fresh idea but ends up feeling humiliated. Lacey and Davis dabble in the real estate scene, but Davis ultimately concludes that it’s time to get serious and put an end to their playful antics.
