Feeling the heat after the guests are let down by lunch, Nikita is determined to impress award-winning caterer Andrea and her family with an impeccable family-style Italian meal. Meanwhile, Jamie is trying to assert his leadership at the lodge, but struggles as the staff undermines his authority. Frustrated by clashes with Mark and Nikita, Jamie reaches out to Joey for assistance. In a twist of emotions, Mark, uncertain about his feelings, decides to ask Jenna out on a proper date.
