Episode Overview

After bending the rules and using the lodge for personal activities, Mark and Jenna find themselves in hot water with the new Lodge Manager, Jamie, thanks to Louise's insistence. Meanwhile, the arrival of the trendy Nubry Bloggers from Los Angeles brings a flurry of last-minute requests that challenge the staff's ability to keep up. Complicating the situation is Nikita, who is uncooperative and unwilling to collaborate, adding tension, particularly for Louise. As Jamie attempts to bring order to the chaos, a conflict between Nikita and Louise erupts over a disagreement regarding tips.
