Worried about his brother Buck's safety, John Cannon reluctantly agrees to the blackmailer's terms. Faced with the threats from former gunslinger Tulsa Red, John feels he has no option but to hand over $5,000 to prevent Buck from being pushed into a deadly confrontation he can't win. Once Buck discovers that he’s been manipulated, his anger drives him to take matters into his own hands to reclaim both the money and his dignity.
