Episode Overview

Nell, along with the girls and the Chief, prepares the spare room in anticipation of Grandpa's return from his trip to Poland. When he arrives home, he’s filled with joy about his travels but is also weighed down by sadness, missing Mildred, who would have cherished the experience. Initially resistant to the idea of living with the family, Grandpa finds himself packing when Joey enters the room. As they bond over shared interests, Grandpa ultimately chooses to stay and share a room with Joey. In a touching moment, the Chief expresses his love for his father, and they embrace.
