Jase enlists his friends to transform a friend's aging pontoon boat into a makeshift duck blind, even though they’re doubtful and the locals are left scratching their heads. Meanwhile, Willie arranges for Bobo to undergo obedience training, but the class turns out to be a letdown as both Bobo and Miss Kay struggle to stay focused.
