Episode Overview

A commuter train accident leads to a critical emergency cesarean section for a pregnant woman. Sadly, the newborn is taken to Ashfordly General, but tragically, the premature baby does not survive. This loss fuels Jill's commitment to advocate for a neonatal unit for premature infants at the hospital. At the same time, local farmer Sam Benson (guest star Jack Deam) raises alarms with his unpredictable actions. Additionally, a life-threatening situation unfolds as Stella's rapist requires urgent surgery after being assaulted by the father of another victim.
