Episode Overview

Yeehaw! Host Noah Cappe is en route to Rodeo Austin, one of the top rodeo events in Texas! Vendors are busy serving up mouthwatering dishes to the massive crowd of fairgoers. Noah kicks off his day with Bacon Breakfast Fries before moving on to the Surf and Turf-tato, a loaded baked potato topped with steak and seafood. He then tries an Etouffee Parfait, showcasing delicious Cajun flavors, and the Popcorn Frankendog, a corn dog with an exciting popcorn-coated twist. Later, Noah travels to California for two unique events. He first visits the festive Balboa Park December Nights in San Diego, where he enjoys Kenyan-inspired Rafikiz Fries and colorful Pink Lady Dumplings. Next, he heads to Cathedral City for the Taste of Jalisco, a Mexican-themed festival, where he samples a Sweet Potato Tornado, a modern take on a carnival favorite.
