Noah Cappe visits Balboa Nights in San Diego, where the carnival cuisine is both fresh and delightfully unconventional—just how he likes it! He tries the Carne Asada Yakisoba, a mouthwatering fusion of Mexican and Japanese flavors, and the Southern Swai Mac Rolls, crunchy egg rolls filled with catfish, mac and cheese, and collard greens. Next, he travels to Florida's Space Coast for the Key Lime Pie Festival, gearing up with some quirky burgers before indulging in a key lime pie ice cream sandwich. Finally, Noah heads to the Coastal Carolina Fair in South Carolina to sample a unique twist on banana pudding.
