Episode Overview
At a party marking the end of midterms, Dwayne discovers his feelings for Whitley. She agrees to dance with him but bolts when he makes an inappropriate move. Disturbed by a steamy dream involving Dwayne, Whitley becomes the target of Kim's relentless teasing. While in the computer lab, Whitley daydreams about him, and after he assists her in retrieving a file, she impulsively kisses him. Dwayne mistakenly thinks Whitley is the one behind some romantic gifts he received, believing she has feelings for him. Kim prevents an awkward moment by revealing that Freddie was the sender. Whitley confides in Lettie about being a virgin, who reassures her not to overthink her dreams. When Freddie offers to step back, Whitley dramatically insists she’ll let Freddie pursue Dwayne instead.
