Episode Overview
Walter shares his decision to leave Hillman for a new position at a community center in Philadelphia. To honor him, a roast is planned, giving everyone a chance to bid farewell. Meanwhile, Ron discovers he won’t graduate due to not completing a European history course. Walter steps in to advocate for him with the dean, persuading him to allow Ron to take the final exam. Despite his friends’ efforts to help him study overnight, Ron struggles to grasp the material. Contemplating dropping out, he’s reminded by Walter of how disappointed his father would be. Additionally, Kim receives a summer grant to study medicine in London, while Matthew prepares to join an acting troupe in Seattle, leading them to part ways.
