After seeing a dramatic rescue unfold, the clumsy yet eager TV producer Don Brand is inspired to create a pilot film called 'Rescue Bay,' centered around the lives of the Baywatch team. However, the production spirals into chaos as each member of the cast sees their own "characters" portrayed in the show. Garner finds himself facing a doppelgänger, with C.J. stepping into Stephanie's role, while Mitch navigates the chaos as he tries to portray himself amidst the mayhem.
