Senator Ryder is determined to eliminate Richard and abduct Maggie. Believing that Ryder's sibling, John, is behind the assassination of The Thirteen, Richard uncovers the covert way they communicate. As he bides his time in a park for John, he remains unaware that the senator has already murdered his own brother and is now at Richard's residence, plotting his next move.
