Episode Overview

Emma's childhood friend Charley shows up just as Maggie's funeral takes place. Despite Angela's objections and her decision to alter her vacation plans, Emma remains loyal to Charley. Meanwhile, Michael Sharpe retaliates against Richard for his testimony by orchestrating the removal of Richard's children from his care. Recognizing Angela's attempts to sabotage his relationship with Emma, Charley takes drastic action by suffocating Angela with a pillow.
