Episode Overview

Penny runs into Vince at the park, and he asks her to join him for dinner at his place, insisting it's just a friendly gesture. Although the meal turns out to be terrible, they hit it off, with Penny opening up about the collapse of her marriage. Despite Vince's persistent efforts to persuade her to stay over, she holds her ground. However, when he starts whispering romantic phrases, she begins to melt. Her feelings shift, but she quickly pulls back upon discovering that his words are lifted from song lyrics, though she does share her work number with him before leaving.
