Episode Overview
Dangerfield gets drawn into the turmoil surrounding his longtime patient, businessman Patrick Hooper, who leaves his wife Margaret for the alluring Caroline White. Patrick confides in Dangerfield that Caroline has been receiving menacing letters from a supposedly unstable Margaret. Consequently, Paul persuades a hesitant Joanna to investigate whether Margaret exhibits any signs of mental distress. The situation escalates tragically when Caroline is murdered.
