Episode Overview

Joan’s habit of delaying tasks threatens her job when she fails to promptly gather donations for a charity auction she committed to organize for her boss. In a pinch, she enlists Toni to leverage her connections with upscale merchants to secure an item that could help reach the $60,000 target. Unfortunately, Toni becomes distracted by her obsession to find her “best friend,” supermodel Beverly Johnson, whom she has never met. After overhearing Joan's frustrated rant about her, Toni lashes out, labeling her friends as “jealous, ugly bitches,” and continues her pursuit of Beverly. When they finally meet, Beverly is bewildered by Toni’s claims of a deep connection and misinterprets her behavior as a sign of mental instability. Toni, feeling lost, reluctantly visits a therapist, where her initial bravado gives way to vulnerability as she reveals her fear of being forgotten. Meanwhile, William plots his own form of revenge.
