Episode Overview
Maya and her friends relish the luxuries that come from her baseball player boyfriend, Alex, who treats them to lavish limo rides and exclusive club access. However, Maya hesitates to label him as her boyfriend and grows increasingly frustrated with his constant excuses to avoid her. When Alex surprises her with costly furniture, she expresses her discontent. Despite his insistence that he enjoys spoiling her and doesn’t see her as a mere groupie, the situation escalates when he prevents her friends from entering a party. Toni confronts Maya, urging her to recognize that Alex views her as just eye candy while he pursues other options. Meanwhile, William persistently seeks autographed items from Alex, while his friend Dan struggles to grasp that Lynn isn't interested in him. Lynn focuses on her documentary about single mothers, compensating them by babysitting.
