Episode Overview

The facility has undergone a name change to "Oswald State Correctional Facility," and several other transformations are underway. New inmates Coyle, Kahn, and Ricardo arrive, teaming up with Wangler, Said, and Hernandez, respectively. Adebisi’s supposed "recovery" leads to his return. Clayton Hughes, the son of a former Oz guard who rose through the ranks with Glynn, seeks employment from him. Meanwhile, Officer Howell strikes up a friendship with McManus. A managed health care company takes control of the infirmary, much to Dr. Nathan's dismay and Alvarez's suffering. Cyril O'Reily continues to experience nightmares about Schillinger, while Ryan plots revenge. Said forms an unexpected alliance as he begins a hunger strike after McManus denies him food during his holy period. Keller admits his role in framing Beecher and is promptly put into protective custody, allowing Beecher to get his long-awaited revenge.
