The Virginian (1962)

Episode Overview

The Virginian's close friend, Dan Grant (Paul Petersen), is tragically murdered during a bank heist. While the three criminals manage to evade the local posse, the Virginian's determination leads him to pursue them all the way to Montana. He apprehends two of the robbers but continues tracking the third one (Johan Agar) to a secluded farm where a mother (Sherree North) and her young son reside. Suspecting the missing husband is the outlaw, he waits for his return, forming a bond with the boy and developing feelings for the mother. When the robber finally shows up, a tense confrontation ensues.
