Episode Overview

Judge Garth receives a request from his longtime friend, Wade Anders, to bring Wade's eldest son, Hank, to work at Shiloh. Wade hopes that Hank will one day inherit the ranch, but Hank struggles with deep-seated issues, particularly his animosity towards Native Americans. At Shiloh, he clashes with Trampas, who is filling in as foreman while the Virginian is absent. These tensions escalate, resulting in a tragic confrontation that culminates in a dramatic showdown.
