The Virginian (1962)

Episode Overview

A man succumbs to a gunshot wound, but not before he confides in his beloved, Clara Malone (Shirley Knight), about hidden robbery money near Medicine Bow. To escape her criminal associates, Clara stages her own suicide and boards a stagecoach to Medicine Bow with the Virginian as her only companion. When an accident occurs during the journey, she is injured, prompting the Virginian to take her to Shiloh Ranch for care from Betsy. Suffering from amnesia, Clara forgets her past, and a romance blossoms between her and the Virginian. However, danger looms as her former gang learns she is alive.
