The Virginian (1962)

Episode Overview

Emmett Ryker finds himself among several passengers and crew members on a stagecoach, who are ambushed and confined in a remote cabin by a group of Mexicans from a nearby town. The Mexicans are intent on capturing a cowboy named Wylie (Earl Holliman), whom they accuse of murdering a woman. Emmett argues that Wylie deserves to face American justice instead. As tensions rise, a fierce standoff and gunfight erupt. Ultimately, the Virginian and Trampas, who have been searching for Emmett in a nearby town, come to his aid and rescue him from the dire situation.
