After receiving a champagne bomb, Constantine and Celeste (Jennifer Beals) spring into action, trying to uncover the identity of the person behind the deadly threat. Simultaneously, Nate seeks Grace's assistance when he unintentionally puts a mobster's prized racehorse in danger. At Roosevelt Medical Center, Grace is assigned to care for Brett's long-lost brother, Jack Hanson (Derrick Trumbly), who has been seriously injured in a cycling mishap.
