In his quest to mend his fractured relationship with his son Garrett, who is tangled in debts to the dangerous Nogales Cartel, Constantine turns to his mob associate Al Trapani for assistance. In return for the help, Constantine instructs Grace to examine Trapani's girlfriend, a patient harboring a startling secret and suffering from mysterious ailments.
