Episode Overview

As Kuzco gets ready for graduation, he watches an Emperor orientation video that sparks doubts about his ability to lead and his desire to reclaim the throne. Seizing the opportunity, Yzma concocts a plan to exploit his newfound insecurities by offering him a potion that will permanently turn him into a chicken. Kuzco, unsure of himself, takes the potion and flees, inadvertently finding himself in a Mudka's meat mug factory. With Yzma's rise to Empress seeming inevitable, Kronk and Malina race against time to locate Kuzco and transform him back into a human so he can fulfill his role as Emperor.
