Zoey’s romantic evening is interrupted when the girls are confined to their room after Quinn concocts her own germ and accidentally spills it everywhere. Concerned, Quinn contacts biology specialists who confirm they must remain isolated to prevent the germ from spreading across the campus. As Zoey, Chase, Lola, Michael, Quinn, and Logan cope with their unexpected confinement, tensions rise among them.
