Young Jun, accompanied by Ah Sahm and his Hop Wei lieutenant Bolo, intercepts an opium shipment at the docks, plotting to send a warning to Long Zii. Meanwhile, Big Bill and Lee are called to a gruesome murder scene in an alley beside The Banshee, an Irish bar. Penny Blake, the mayor’s young wife, encounters trouble while at the wharf with her Chinese servant, Jacob. Ah Sahm faces serious consequences for his heroic actions. As the Long Zii handle the aftermath, they prepare for further violence.
