After the murder of Red Killeen, Johnny becomes the prime suspect. Charles has severed ties with his brother, leaving Coates to take matters into his own hands by detaining Johnny until the legal process unfolds. Meanwhile, Annie pleads with Charles to let Johnny go, but he remains enraged upon discovering that Johnny had an affair with Isabella.
