Episode Overview

Following the trial, ANNIE and JOHNNY's relationship has become public, allowing them to fully embrace their bond. With COATES preparing to leave town, everything seems serene and secure for the couple. However, COATES is unwilling to abandon Jericho just yet. The newly opened quarry proves to be a major triumph for the town. As the workers blast through the rock, they uncover a sandstone cavern that could transform the viaduct's prospects. The challenge arises when the navvies refuse to approach, fearing the mine is on cursed ground where HAPPY JACK, SKINNY, and RED were laid to rest.
