Episode Overview

Joey embarks on a job hunt and secures a position at the Yacht Club by fabricating connections to a wealthy family. However, her deception is uncovered by Dru, the son of her boss. Meanwhile, Mitch, a school counselor, informs Pacey that he'll be unable to graduate without addressing his poor academic performance. Pacey wishes to keep this from Joey, but Mitch ultimately confides in Dawson, who then informs Joey, highlighting his lingering concern for Pacey. This leads to a confrontation between Pacey and Joey, where Pacey ultimately confesses that he needs assistance.
