On the day of the 24th Ward Gourmet Festival, Mari and the RGB trio feel ready for the competition, only to discover that a quasi-gang group named Yabusame has snatched up all the cabbage they needed for their okonomiyaki. Faced with this setback, they feel stuck until their former teacher, Kaba, manages to find some cabbage from a friend in the local shopping district.
