Episode Overview

Title: Silver City Plot: During the Gourmet Festival, a tornado wreaks havoc, leaving Kaba and several others in peril due to a choice made by RGB. A hacker known as Carneades has infiltrated the 24th Ward’s network, leaving behind an enigmatic message that baffles the trio. In the meantime, the old Shantytown is plagued by a surge in crime and the rise of a dangerously addictive drug called "D." Concerned for Kaba's daughter, Kozue, who has been spotted wandering this risky area at night, Shuta decides to follow her to ensure her safety.
