Episode Overview

Bobbie Jo excitedly announces that she and her ideal partner, Jeff Powers, will collaborate on a newspaper project. Their professor has assigned students to produce an existing publication for a week. Eager to lead, Bobbie Jo hopes Kate will persuade Sam to let her and Jeff take charge of the Hooterville World Guardian. Sam happily agrees to relinquish control. Jeff approaches journalism with a bold, no-holds-barred attitude, unafraid to call out individuals. However, Bobbie Jo begins to reconsider their editorial direction when one of their articles casts Uncle Joe in a negative light.
