Episode Overview

Title: The Well of Death Plot: A new consignment of pilfered gems comes to the pueblo, and Dolores Bastinado inadvertently sends her brother, Pogo, to hand over the goods to the Murietta brothers. As he delivers the trunk, it tumbles open, revealing the dazzling jewels inside. Pogo quickly understands that the brothers might eliminate him to keep their operation quiet, but before he can escape, he is captured. The Muriettas tie him up and silence him just as Sergeant Garcia approaches, forcing them to conceal him from view.
