As the Warren Commission investigates his brother's assassination, Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy requests John to come forward and testify. Ignoring Bach’s caution, Kennedy shares his own account before Loengard recounts how he became involved with Majestic. Though John faces a tough challenge in persuading the doubtful Supreme Court Chief Justice Earl Warren and the other commission members of his narrative, Bach is determined to undermine him at every turn.
