Episode Overview

Title: Pick-Up Plot: Malloy and Reed discover a young woman who survived a brutal assault in the hills. She identifies her attacker’s vehicle as a red Porsche. When Malloy sees the suspect’s car picking up another girl, he pursues it, but the suspect abandons the girl on the street, allowing the car to escape. Later, the abandoned girl’s mother finds drugs hidden in the laundry, revealing her daughter was selling them and that the alleged rapist was her dealer. The actual attacker is apprehended after recovering from injuries inflicted by his victim's heavy purse. Meanwhile, the officers thwart a robbery at a construction site with the help of police scouts.
