Episode Overview

Today’s day watch introduces a new dispatcher, whose voice Reed finds grating, but Malloy has a different perspective. While on patrol, they look for a hit-and-run driver responsible for leaving a young girl critically injured, investigate a burglary at a synagogue, and handle a drunken woman desperately looking for her daughter. Their day takes a tense turn as they join a SWAT team working to subdue a sniper who has begun terrorizing the movie studio that recently let him go.
