Episode Overview

Reed's TV is on the fritz, so he enlists the help of his Boy Scout neighbor, who has an electronics merit badge, to fix it. Meanwhile, the team deals with several cases, including chasing a teenager on a modified minibike, investigating a woman suspected of killing her husband and burying him in the yard, and a robbery carried out by a long-haired woman in high heels. Additionally, a picket line at a local store is resolved when the lead picketer discovers her date with the store manager was based on a lie about his job. Lastly, a robbery report turns out to have been filed by the actual thieves.
