Episode Overview

Cybill struggles with her new identity as a sitcom mother, fearing it might spell the end of her career. However, her perspective shifts dramatically when a 4.0 earthquake strikes the city, prompting her to abandon her show and "follow her bliss." Soon after, Maryann persuades her to attend a networking event, where Cybill encounters a well-known female playwright. At the same time, Rachel has some surprising news to share with the family that shakes things up even further.
