Ellyn, Nancy, Hope, and Melissa embark on a much-needed camping trip after Melissa receives camping gear as a reward for a photo shoot. Excitedly, they plan their getaway to the Poconos. However, when Elliot lands a work opportunity, Michael has to break the news to Hope, who has eagerly anticipated the trip for months, that he can’t join them. Gary also decides to sit it out, but despite her ulcer, Ellyn chooses to go. The four women hit the road together. As they hike to Parker Cave, Ellyn is enthusiastic at first, but once they arrive, her courage wavers. Nancy and Hope recall a frightening tour guide from their childhood, prompting Ellyn to choose a grueling seven-mile hike around the cave instead of entering.
