Episode Overview
Ellyn is grappling with a mysterious stomach issue, but she assures Woodman and Hope that she's fine. However, during a dinner at the Steadmans, she suddenly loses her temper and drunkenly mocks Michael's business struggles. Both Hope and Woodman are concerned about Ellyn's erratic behavior, but she remains tight-lipped about her troubles. Seeking answers, Ellyn visits her doctor, who refers her to a gastroenterologist, but she discards the referral. Meanwhile, at City Hall, assistant district attorney Dave Callaman, who knows Ellyn and Woodman, expresses interest in her and invites her out. They go bowling, and Ellyn tells Woodman she's discussing the investigation with him. Later, Woodman catches Ellyn and Dave sharing what looks like a private moment.
