Episode Overview
Elliot seizes the opportunity to direct a public service announcement for the city's latest promotional initiative when Ellyn approaches DAA with the idea. He convinces Michael to let him take on the role, and Mike agrees. However, during a meeting with City Hall officials, Elliot's unconventional ideas raise eyebrows, though Michael reassures Ellyn that everything will work out. Elliot manages to book renowned actor Ron DeLisle, a Philadelphia local, for $7500, but concerns about Elliot's competence arise among the City Hall staff. Miles reminds Michael of his responsibility for the project. Ellyn expresses her fears that the shoot will be a disaster, and while Michael comforts her, he privately shares her doubts. Even Nancy begins to worry about Elliot's capability just before filming is set to begin.
