Episode Overview
As the tension rises over Minnesota Brands' attempt to take over DAA, Michael's job hangs in the balance. Miles intends to take Michael to meet Carol Arthur, the widow of former partner Duncan Arthur, who holds 27.5% of the company's stock. However, Carol prefers to visit DAA instead of inviting Miles to her home. Realizing the stakes, Michael confides in Mark about the takeover. They both understand that failing in this endeavor could jeopardize their futures. Meanwhile, Hope is concerned that Michael might be blurring ethical lines and emulating Miles. While snooping in Miles’ office, Michael overhears him arranging an emergency appointment with Gabe Rivera. He sends Elliot to gather intel on the meeting, only for Elliot to bump into Mark, who is on the same mission. They discover that Rivera is actually Miles' dentist.
