Episode Overview

Nancy's ongoing battle with cancer is increasingly weighing on her and her family. One morning, she receives a call inviting her to showcase her artwork at an upcoming exhibition. During a Victory Partners meeting, the group leader introduces a visualization technique called "guided imagery," but Nancy finds herself haunted by a vision of dark, ominous clouds. Meanwhile at DAA, Michael learns he’s been nominated for an Opus award. Ethan returns home with a bruise from an altercation, and during a chemotherapy session, Nancy attempts visualization again but is confronted with a frightening image of herself in a coffin. Feeling unwell post-treatment, she struggles to focus on her artwork and feels nauseous in front of her children. Ethan tries to assist by bringing her water. Later, Nancy attempts to teach Ethan some self-defense against bullies, but it’s Elliot who ends up showing him how to throw a punch. Worried about Ethan's well-being, Nancy decides to speak with his soccer coach, Ted Brown.
