Episode Overview

Janet and her elderly mother, Audrey, decided to replace their vinyl kitchen floor with ceramic tiles. Soon after the installation, they discovered fine cracks running through the center of the tiles. When they approached the flooring contractor, he claimed it wasn’t his responsibility, attributing the issue to the shifting structure of their home. However, the cracks were appearing in the tiles themselves rather than along the grout lines, which are typically the most vulnerable points. Determined to solve the mystery, Mike and his team donned their investigative hats to uncover the cause of the flooring problem.
