Mary Jo and Ron settled into a new subdivision two years ago, but they've already gone through four replacements for each of their two bathtubs—totaling eight tubs in just two years! The issues included warping, buckling, and mold growth. Despite the builder insisting that the tubs were installed properly and that there were no defects in manufacturing or design, the same model tubs were continually replaced in the same manner. Frustrated after eight failed attempts, the homeowners reached out to Mike Holmes to uncover the root of their bathtub troubles.
