Jane, a single mother, resides in a standard new housing development with her two children. Ever since they settled into their newly constructed home, they have faced ongoing plumbing and heating problems. Recently, during a harsh winter freeze, the porch ceiling collapsed, revealing dubious building practices and subpar materials.
