Episode Overview

Lisa and Simon were excitedly preparing for the arrival of their first child but needed to create a nursery and bathroom first. They found a well-regarded contractor at a home show, who came highly recommended. After signing a contract and making a significant down payment, they expected the six-week project to start soon. However, over the next four months, they were met with endless excuses for delays. With their baby due in under three months and no functional bathroom in sight, they decided to let the contractor go and reached out to Mike Holmes. The clock was ticking as Mike and his team rushed to finish the nursery and bathroom before the baby arrived!
